Refund policy

Technical failure

If we cannot deliver your video for a technical reason, we refund the full amount to your original payment method automatically.

Clear quality problems

If the delivered video does not show you as the lead, or the file is broken, report it from your order page within 7 days. We review it and either remake it once or refund you.

Normal AI variation

Small differences in expression, hands or background are part of AI video and are not by themselves grounds for a refund.

Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
